Altura Communication Solutions Acquires NetVersant Solutions, LLCs Avaya Business Unit
FULLERTON, CA - Jun 26, 2009 - Altura Communication Solutions, an Avaya Platinum-level certified BusinessPartner and leading nationwide provider of converged voice and data communication solutions and services, announced today that it has acquired the Avaya Business Unit of NetVersant Solutions, LLC.
Headquartered in Everett, Washington, NetVersant Solutions, LLC provided Avaya solutions and support services focusing on Fortune 1000, education, healthcare and government market sectors throughout the U.S. The acquisition is complementary to Altura Communication Solutions' go-to-market strategy allowing Altura to expand its industry-leading service and support footprint in reaching more Avaya customers.
