Service Portal Help


On the Home Page you will see a list of all sites associated with your Log In information. If you find any sites missing please contact us at icsrv@alturacs.com. Using the back arrow from your browser will take you to the previous page as you navigate through the site.


To search on any column of information simply enter all or part of what you want to search in the appropriate column and hit enter. The site will execute your search. You can also do combination searches to further refine your results. You can also sort the list by first to last, or last to first. Simply click on the Column Header to initiate the sort. These search and sort functions will allow you to quickly sort your site list and display specific sites.


From this page if you select any site it will take you to a list of Service Ticket for the site for the last 12 months. From here you can access any open or closed ticket for complete ticket details. This includes site information, a summary of the problem, ticket notes and the resolution of the problem. Further you can search by any specific criteria using the search function. Then sort your results as needed.


On this page you will also see a icon. Clicking this icon will take you to the screen to open a new Service Ticket for the specific site. This will auto populate with your name as the requestor and the local site contact on file. Please review and change this information as needed.


Important Note: You can only create new Service Tickets from the Home Screen. This is to insure every Service Ticket is opened for the correct location. As you navigate around the site, remember you can always select the Home button in the top left to see all your sites and open tickets. Selecting any ticket will display all ticket details and notes.


At the top left of the screen next to the Home button you will see another selection for Tickets. Selecting Tickets will display a list of all open and closed ticket for all sites associated with your Log In. You can use the same advanced search and soft functions to narrow down the list, or if you know specific information you can quickly display just the ticket information you want to see.
