During the initial planning and consulting phase, Altura will evaluate with you what solutions are available to support your remote worker configuration based on your current Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center (CC) configuration.  We assess any gaps and incorporate the required corrective actions that may be necessary.

  • We will help you create a remote worker implementation plan based on your requirements.
  • Altura provides technicians based on your unique specifications to configure the software, hardware, and related equipment needs.
  • We will then create an action plan to schedule remote worker installations.
  • Altura will work with you to ensure all system integrations are completed to specifications.
  • After implementation, we will provide ongoing support for your remote workers as part of our managed services offer.
